We had a wonderful experience working with Laura to buy our house in Chapel Hill. She has great knowledge of the area including the various neighborhood 'personalities' down to what areas are likely to flood. Because her family is in building, she knows how to identify quality vs. poor construction. She was also able to recommend the other professionals one needs when buying a house such as a lawyer, inspector, etc. She came up with creative solutions when some minor issues came up. She was patient and pleasant and we would highly recommend
